NOTICE

All operational bookkeeping services strictly utilize our first-principles, two-document B2B contract structure to eliminate friction:

  • Master Service Agreement (MSA): Governs the overarching legal relationship, liability limits, and general terms. It is signed once.
  • Statement of Work (SOW): Governs specific execution. Defines exact deliverables (e.g. monthly ledger reconciliation, payroll processing & reconciliation for tax readiness), client data-handoff deadlines, and pricing structures.
SOFTWARE & DATA CLAUSE: Bookkeeping services are rendered directly. If hosting on behalf of the client, during operation and viability of the MSA lifetime, the Chart of Accounts (COA) or accounting software is provided solely as a consequence of my bookkeeping services. All structural configurations, data, and hosted software setups are retained and owned exclusively by me.
